VIP Moms Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Overview:
   • The VIP Moms Competition (“Competition”) is organized by ChelinoBaby (“Organizer”).
   • By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:
   • Open to all mothers who are legal residents of the country where ChelinoBaby operates.
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of ChelinoBaby and their immediate family members are not eligible.
     
     
3. Competition Period:
   • The Competition runs from 15 August to 25 August. Winners to be announced / contacted on 27 August 2024.

      3. Tag 3 friends to shop with us and secure a voucher giveaway valued at R250 for them to shop in-store at our grand opening. (Limited time to shop)

5. Prize:
   • Winners receive a chance to attend our VIP Program at our ChelinoBaby Home Hyper City with voucher valued at R1000 on purchases over R2000 and a gift upon purchase from ChelinoBaby.
   • 3 Friends as Guest VIP winners get R250 voucher off their R2000 purchase. 
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • A chance to WIN more in-store giveaways during our programs.
     
     
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • Winners selected by [describe selection method, e.g., random draw, judged based on criteria].
   • Winners notified via [notification method, e.g., email, phone, social media] within [number of days] days after the Competition Period.
   • If a winner does not respond within [number of days] days, an alternate winner may be selected.
     
     
7. Voucher and Gift Redemption:

8. Personal Information:
   • Participants agree to the use of their personal data by the Organizer for Competition purposes in accordance with ChelinoBaby’s Privacy Policy.
     
     
9. General Conditions:
   • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition without notice.
   • Not responsible for technical issues or lost/delayed entries.
   • The Organizer’s decision is final.
     
     
10. Liability Release:
    • Entrants release the Organizer from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from the Competition or any prize won.
      
      
11. Governing Law:
    • Governed by the laws of [South Africa]. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [South Africa].
